Tax Structure
When you buy or sell Wiki Cat, a 2% tax applies to each transaction:
1% is sent to a burn wallet, permanently removing it from circulation.
1% goes to a fee wallet, funding the development of the SMC DAO ecosystem.
For example, if you purchase $100 worth of Wiki Cat, you’ll receive $98 worth in your wallet after the 2% tax deduction.
Maximum Supply
The maximum supply of Wiki Cat was initially set at 1,000 trillion (1,000,000,000,000,000 WKC).
No additional tokens can ever be minted, ensuring the total supply remains capped.
Burn Mechanism
Initial Burn: At launch, 30% of the total supply (300 trillion tokens) was sent to a burn wallet, permanently reducing the circulating supply.
Auto-Burn Feature: An ongoing burn mechanism removes 1% of every transaction (buy, sell, or transfer) from circulation. To date, this mechanism has burned an additional 124 trillion tokens (12.4%).
Circulating Supply
As of 10:42 AM, March 26, 2023, the circulating supply stood at 576 trillion tokens (576,000,000,000,000 WKC).
With each transaction, the circulating supply decreases, making Wiki Cat increasingly scarce and valuable over time.
Transaction volume directly impacts the burn rate, incentivizing long-term holding.

Token Distribution
Wiki Cat was launched as a fair launch, meaning:
No presale or reserved tokens.
No vesting or locked tokens for the developer.
The token was announced solely on the creator's Twitter, which had 2,000 followers at the time.
The top holder is the SMC DAO community wallet, and no individual holds more than 1% of the total supply.
Liquidity Pool
Liquidity facilitates trading by providing a reserve of Wiki Cat and BNB on the Binance Smart Chain (BNB Chain).
The liquidity pool was locked on March 20, 2022, immediately after launch, using Unicrypt.
The lock expired on March 27, 2024, after which the liquidity was permanently sent to a dead wallet.
This ensures no one, including the creator, can withdraw liquidity, safeguarding investor confidence.

Ownership
Ownership of Wiki Cat has been renounced, meaning the creator, Sir Mapy, no longer has control over the token's smart contract.
No changes can be made to taxes, supply, or trading activity.

Renouncing ownership has solidified Wiki Cat’s transparency and security, fostering trust among holders.
