Supply + Burnt Tokens
1. Max Supply (1,000T WKC)
The maximum supply of Wiki Cat (WKC) is 1,000,000,000,000,000 (1,000 Trillion WKC), which was set at launch.
This is the total number of tokens that will ever exist, making WKC a deflationary asset with no new tokens being minted.
2. Total Supply (~546T WKC)
The total supply represents the number of Wiki Cat tokens still in existence after burns.
At launch, 300T WKC was sent to a burn address, permanently removing it from circulation.
A 1% burn on each transaction has removed 154T WKC from circulation over time.
After these burns, the total supply of Wiki Cat is ~546T WKC.
3. Circulating Supply (~539T WKC)
The circulating supply is the amount of WKC available for trading and use in the market. It is calculated as: Circulating Supply = Total Supply - Locked Tokens
Total Supply = 546T WKC
Locked Tokens = 7T WKC (held in reserves in SMC DAO: Mega Wallet.).
Therefore, the circulating supply is ~539T WKC, which is the amount that is freely available for the public to trade.
4. Burned Tokens (~454T WKC)
Burned tokens are permanently removed from circulation, increasing scarcity and helping to drive deflation.
Wiki Cat has two main burn phases:
Initial Burn (300T WKC): 300T WKC was sent to a burn address immediately upon launch.
Ongoing Transaction Burns (~154T WKC): A 1% burn per transaction continues to reduce the supply over time, amounting to ~154T WKC burned so far.
This brings the total burned tokens to ~454T WKC, which includes both the initial burn and the transaction-based burn.
