The Solidity Finance audit of the WikiCat Token, conducted on March 29, 2022, evaluated the token’s security and functionality on the Binance Smart Chain.
Key findings include the renouncement of ownership by the team, eliminating central control risks. There is a 1% tax and burn fee on transactions, with tax fees directed to a team-controlled wallet, and burn fees reducing the total supply.
The audit found no major security vulnerabilities, although it suggested changing public functions to external for gas efficiency.
The contract uses SafeMath to prevent overflow issues and complies with the BEP-20 standard, with all critical categories passing the audit.

This Audit Report conducted by Fairyproof on January 10-11, 2023, evaluates the security of the WikiCat Token's Solidity implementation on the BNB Chain.
The audit, which focused on the token issuance, transfer functionalities, and access controls, identified one medium-severity vulnerability related to allowance deduction in the transferFrom function.
This issue was acknowledged by the WikiCat team. The audit also included extensive testing, covering various scenarios and industry best practices.
Despite identifying some areas for improvement, the report concludes with no critical risks found, and recommendations for enhanced security if desired.

The CertiK audit for WikiCat, assessed on January 16, 2024, identified nine issues of varying severity in the smart contract on Binance Smart Chain.
The audit reported no critical issues but found five major issues, including risks with centralization, arbitrary token minting by privileged roles, and incorrect allowance updates, with only two of these major issues being resolved.
Additionally, two medium-severity issues related to unrestricted fees and an ERC-20 race condition remain acknowledged but unresolved. Minor issues include missing zero address validation and input validation.
The audit emphasizes the importance of decentralized control and secure key management to mitigate risks.
